Effective September 28, 2026 · Get On My Wavelength LLC

Get On My Wavelength LLC, based in New York and doing business as Wavelength Research (also called “Wavelength,” “we,” or “us”), connects companies with professionals for research, product feedback, and business conversations. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit wavelengthresearch.com, communicate with us, apply for a session, participate in research, or join our panel network.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, company, job title, professional profile, location, and information about your responsibilities and organization. Intake forms may ask about your industry, company size, role, tools, business needs, and eligibility for a particular project. Company inquiry forms may ask about recruiting needs, target audiences, and commercial requirements.

We also collect correspondence, intake and qualification results, booking details, attendance and completion records, survey ratings and written feedback, permission choices, and reward delivery or redemption status made available by our payment provider. Please do not submit confidential employer information, passwords, financial account credentials, or sensitive personal information that a session does not require.

We may obtain professional and contact information from publicly available sources, professional profiles, referrals, clients, and contact-data providers. This can include personal email addresses as well as professional details. Provider information may be incomplete or out of date; you can ask us to correct it or stop contacting you.

Our website, forms, and service providers may receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, and security or error logs. Forms may use browser storage to support their functionality and security.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; identify and invite relevant professionals; assess project eligibility; arrange and administer sessions; share research feedback with the participating client; issue rewards; maintain our panel and client records; and provide support. We also use it to prevent abuse and duplicate payments, troubleshoot our services, keep records of permissions and withdrawals, and meet applicable legal obligations.

When you choose to receive future panel invitations, we use your professional details and stated interests to match you with possible opportunities. A future-panel subscription is optional and is separate from the information needed to administer a session you have already agreed to attend.

Who receives information

The client involved in your session may receive relevant participant and professional details, intake answers, qualification outcomes, booking and attendance information, and your session feedback. Feedback is not necessarily anonymous. We identify the participating company before you agree to a session. That company may handle information it receives under its own privacy notice; you can ask who will receive your information before participating.

We may share relevant information with providers of hosting and storage, communications and scheduling, data analysis, and reward delivery services to support the purposes described in this notice.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests. If our business is transferred or reorganized, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable law and any required notice.

Session information and eligibility

Sessions may be recorded or transcribed with notice and any required consent. Wavelength and the participating client may use session notes, recordings, or transcripts for research and follow-up.

We may use automated processing, including AI, to assess session eligibility and analyze research responses. You can contact us to request a person’s review of an eligibility result or a correction to your information.

Agreeing to participate in research does not authorize public use of your recordings, transcripts, or feedback quotes.

Rewards

When a session offers a reward, we use the information needed to confirm completion and deliver it, such as your email address, reward amount and currency, session reference, and fulfillment status. The reward provider handles redemption and may request additional information under its own privacy notice. This policy does not set a session’s reward amount, eligibility requirements, or payment timing; those are provided with the session offer.

Future invitations and website company names

You can decline or withdraw future-panel invitations without losing an otherwise earned session reward. You may still receive messages needed to handle an existing booking, a reward, or a request you made.

Where we obtain an applicable, informed permission to feature your company, the permitted public information is limited to the company name as a company represented in our research panel network. It does not include your personal name, job title, photograph, company logo, feedback quotes, recordings, or transcripts. It does not imply that your employer endorses Wavelength or a client, or that you can grant rights on your employer’s behalf.

Submitting a form, receiving an invitation, or reading this policy does not itself grant website publicity permission. Any applicable website permission must be disclosed when requested. If you withdraw it, we will review and remove the display based on your permission from website content we control; we may retain a company listing supported by an independent, valid permission. We cannot erase copies previously made by third parties or immediately remove cached search results.

Cookies, browser storage, and external services

Our services and embedded scheduling or form tools may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for functionality, security, and session continuity. Our website also uses browser storage, without cookies or advertising identifiers, to count visits and remember for up to 90 days how a browser first found us, so that inquiries can be linked to the page and source that led to them. External providers may receive information when their tools load or you interact with them. Their notices explain their own practices. Browser settings can limit cookies and storage, although doing so may affect forms or booking functions.

This notice does not ask you to consent to advertising trackers. Any additional consent required for optional tracking must be requested when that tracking is introduced.

Retention and protection

We retain information for the purposes described here, taking account of whether a session or request is open, whether you remain in the panel, our need to resolve disputes and prevent fraud, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We may retain limited records to honor your privacy choices and meet legal obligations. Deletion from backup copies may take additional time.

We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to our systems. No online service or transmission method is completely secure. If you believe information has been disclosed incorrectly, please contact us.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email [email protected] to request access to or correction of your information, deletion where available, an end to recruitment messages, withdrawal from future panels, or removal of website permission. You can also use an unsubscribe link or “Manage my permissions” option where one is provided. An unsubscribe from invitations does not automatically delete records needed to administer a completed session or resolve a payment issue.

We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records. We will respond under the requirements that apply to your request and explain if we must retain particular information or cannot fulfill a request. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a copy of information, appeal a decision, or contact a privacy regulator. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

International processing and adult participants

Wavelength’s providers and participating clients may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We consider applicable requirements when arranging these transfers.

Our professional research services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes and contact

We will date material revisions to this notice and provide additional notice or request consent when required for a new use of information. A later policy revision does not retroactively grant a new permission over information previously collected.
